Living with an HPR

What is an HPR?
It is a sub classification of the gundog group that was bred to do the job of several breeds.
A spaniel that hunts the game and sends the game up for the guns, a retriever that goes and fetches the shot game, and a pointer used on the moors to locate and indicate to the following guns where the game is . All of the HPR breeds were developed abroad and are often referred to as continental gundogs. The two HPR breeds we have are the German Shorthaired Pointer and the Hungarian Vizsla.
